Bo Staff Workout Objectives will discuss the objectives of this course.
Objective is to make Bo Staff technics more accessible to more people and help people realize the benefits and fun of Bo Staff Exercises.
Learn Bo Staff technics that can be used by beginners in a comfortable why that is not focused on the Bo Staff as a form of combat, although we will learn many traditional martial arts moves, but focused on movement, on more of a Yoga style workout, on using the Bo Staff to develop a fun form of flow, and developing fun flow is the best workout we can have.
We will focus on techniques that can be done inside or in smaller areas so that we can get the benefits of a Bo Staff workout more often, using the Bo Staff exercises as a work break or something we can do while watching TV or listening to music.
